Anchored to

The live anchor panel is rendered in the footer of every page. A dedicated anchored-to page will surface the cron schedule, the staleness alarm threshold (currently 72 hours — a watcher that has not succeeded in 3 days is broken, however honestly it says so), and the retry/backoff policy per source. That page is queued behind Phase 2 of the production sweep (deploy + cron activated).

Until then, the footer table is the canonical source of truth.
